Domestic Orders
Loose Gemstones
For orders in Australia, we offer a 14-day return policy for loose gemstones. So, you have 14 days after receipt of the gem to request the return; meanwhile, you can use these 14 days to inspect the gem in person with a better look.
To be able to make the return, please firstly email us a request of return with item details, then we will send you an approval of return request once we have reviewed the email, attach with all the details of how to make the return. Please be aware, returned good(s) without approval of return request will NOT be refunded.
The item(s) must be in the same condition as you received them, and post them back to us in their original packing with the receipt and altogether with the certificate(s) of the gem(s).
Please note, we ONLY accept returns and provide refunds to the purchaser identified on the invoice.
One-off jewellery item
For one-off jewellery items, we also offer a 14-day return policy. The item must be returned unworn, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging, along with its certificate(s) (if applicable). Same as loose gem, please email us to request the return, and wait for the approval of return request, before you ship back the piece.
Please note, we ONLY accept returns and provide refunds to the purchaser identified on the invoice.
Sale Item
We do not accept returns on sale items
International Orders
Please note that there are no returns or refunds for international orders outside of Australia.
